LFHomes offers an easy online home purchase experience that lets you use your computer or phone any day at any time. Your lot, our lot, or we’ll find one together, in Central Florida. Be it on a lot outside a planned community, or an infill location in-town, it’s there. We’ll walk the worksite to analyze the foundation, how the home will best fit, and any unique conditions that may need to be addressed.

How to Make a Purchase
A simple way to purchase a great and lovely new home from an award-winning builder:
- CASH purchases are made with the approved standard draw schedule of the lender.
- When purchasing for cash or once financing is arranged, click “Buy Now” and enter.
- Provide your name, address, phone number, and email address information.
- Choose your elevation and floor plan.
- Choose from our pre-programmed home interior color selections.
- Make it official with a $5,000 deposit, and we’ll forward you all necessary documents.
- Simply ask, and we will forward you our deposit account information.
- Sign your contract and all necessary documents via DocuSign.
Our Design Studios eliminate the need to shop and make all your selections. All materials, products, and colors have been pre-selected to ensure they are perfectly coordinated.
With our Platinum Standard Final Closing process, we guarantee that no more than five items will need correction or completion prior to move-in. Remember, we know how to do this. We have designed and built over 230 homes in Florida.
