LFHomes is a family owned and operated company. We have over 40 years of experience in the home building industry. Its leader, Lee Fernandez is a Floridian who has proven many times he knows exactly what to design and build. All his homes come with an impressive list of Non-Standard Standards.

Having graduated from the University of South Florida, Lee comes from a family of builders. He is one of the very first builders to graduate from the NHBA Graduate Builders Institute at the University of Florida School of Architecture. His certifications include:

After understanding your needs, we will be happy to share with you our top 10 available homesites. Just send us a note about your needs. We are members of the Stellar Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and receive updates on all homesites available. Make us your homesite development and acquisition partner. We’ll analyze the property and uncover any issues with governmental, environmental and deed restrictions, and utility availability.
